The FESSS Up Journal

Journal mock up.png

Girl, you need to FESSS up!

A growth mindset means that you don't see failures as failures, but instead as lessons that empower you to do better. It also means that you need to take accountability for your actions

Taking accountability for your self-care is the most valuable thing you can do as a mom.

The FESSS Up Journal approaches self-care from a 5 pillar system. Food, exercise, sleep, stress, and of course, science. Without these 5 pillars, it is easy to crumble under the everyday stressors of life.

So what makes the FESSS Up Journal different than other guided trackers or journals? Other trackers jump right into several habits at once. It is hard enough to establish a habit - in fact, research shows it takes a minimum of 66 days of consistent work to build a habit. Imagine how difficult it is to build several habits all at once?!

The FESSS Up Journal introduces one new habit weekly, giving you the opportunity to build the groundwork to continue the habit. The entire journal guides you through 12 weeks or 84 days (research shows that by 84 days, you SHOULD be well on your way to keeping your habit).

I know you have all heard the sayings "you have to fill your cup before you fill other's" or "you have to put the oxygen mask on yourself before you put it on someone else". Think of the FESSS up Journal as filling your cup or putting on the oxygen mask!

After each week, you will "check-in" on your progress. You are more likely to continue your progress when your brain actually SEES the progress you are making. Each activity is awarded "habit points" that you will graph to help visualize your progress.

The journal comes with instructions and an explanation of the science behind each habit! Be sure to follow me on socials for mom tips and tips on how to fill out the journal!
